Jonathan Atton, developer of the SonEspaceSanté, SonEspaceÉleveur, SonEspaceRefuge and SonEspacePension apps, is committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of visitors to the Website and of anyone using its Services in general.

The processing of your data is based on:

The performance of the contract (Terms of Use) for the use of the app's services.
Your explicit consent for location tracking.

Data processing – any operation performed on such data (collection, recording, consultation, etc.).

4. DATA PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS

Son espace santé collects data about you that is necessary for:

Managing user accounts (Recipients: administrators)
Tracking animals' health (Recipients: you and your vets)
Technical maintenance of the service (Recipients: administrators)
Managing subscriptions and billing: name, billing address, email and payment history. Card payments are operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which acts as data controller for card data; this data never passes through our servers and is not stored by us.
Transmitting professionals' electronic invoices, via an approved partner e-invoicing platform (Recipients: the issuer, the recipient of the invoice and the tax authorities)

5. LOCATION DATA

The app collects and processes precise location data to enable the following features:

Recording sports activities: Location is used in the foreground and background to trace your route, measure the distance covered and calculate your speed.
Finding a vet or a shelter: Location is used in the foreground to show the veterinary clinics and shelters closest to your position.
Automatic weather during an activity: Location is used in the foreground to automatically retrieve weather conditions (temperature, humidity) when a physical activity is recorded or edited. The coordinates are sent to the Open-Meteo API and are not stored.

This location data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

User account: Until deletion is requested via the app or by email.

Invoices and accounting records: 10 years from the end of the financial year, in accordance with Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code.

7. INDIVIDUALS' RIGHTS

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data. In the event of a dispute, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (French data protection authority).

8. HOSTING AND SUBCONTRACTORS

The data is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), in data centres located in the European Union. Other subcontractors are limited to what the service needs: Stripe (payment), an approved e-invoicing platform (electronic invoicing), Open-Meteo (weather for an activity, without storing coordinates) and self-hosted Matomo (audience measurement).
