Medals
Medals reward the care and tracking you give your pets: adding a companion, recording an outing, keeping the vaccination record up to date, noting an appointment… The idea is simple: every useful piece of information you enter brings you closer to a new medal.
What counts is having recorded the information, not the outcome: a treatment followed through to the end counts, whether it succeeded or not.
Where to see your medals
- All your medals: open the main menu (icon at the top left), Tracking section, then My medals.
- An animal's medals: on the animal's profile, in the Tracking block, tap Medals.
When you unlock a medal or reach a new tier, you get a "New medal unlocked!" notification that opens the My medals screen.
The "My medals" screen
- At the top, the counter shows how many medals you have unlocked out of the total available.
- Medals are grouped by theme, each showing the number of medals earned.
- A medal that is still locked appears greyed out, with a progress bar towards the next tier (for example "32 / 50 km").
- An earned medal is marked Unlocked, and a number shows the tier reached for medals with several levels.
Tiers
Some medals progress in tiers: bronze, silver, then gold (and a fourth tier for kilometres). You keep the same medal, which levels up as you progress.

Sharing a medal
On an unlocked medal, tap the share icon to create an image to post on social media or send to friends and family.
Making your medals public
At the top of the My medals screen, the Show my medals publicly switch sets the visibility of all your medals at once. It is off by default: your medals stay private until you turn it on.
