An item takes a few minutes to create in the app: photos, description, price, stock. It appears straight away in the Shop tab of your website.
Harnesses, leads, bowls, puppy kits, kibble. Up to three options per item (size, colour, pattern) and stock per variant: what is sold out can no longer be bought.
Grooming, bath, photo shoot, gift voucher: a service is sold like an item, without delivery. It appears on the invoice like everything else.
The dog trainer sells a 10-session card online: once paid, it is credited to the customer and deducted at each session, with no re-entry.
The shelter puts its donation at the top of its charity shop, with suggested amounts and an animal to sponsor. The donation keeps its tax receipt and never bears any fee.
Each paid order creates its invoice in your accounts, the stock is updated, and a refund issues its credit note. Packing slips, CSV exports and stock import are included.
New order, payment received, low stock, return request: you are notified, or you get one summary a day. The buyer follows the order through a link, without creating an account.

No. The shop is a tab of your Son Espace Santé public page, at the same address, with the same header. It only appears once you open it and at least one item is published.
To your account. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, transfers arrive on your IBAN, and payment on handover is made hand to hand. Son Espace Santé never holds your funds.
You are. Your terms of sale, your prices, invoices in your name. The app helps you meet your obligations (withdrawal, guarantees, mediator), but the sale is between you and your customer.
No. They order with their email and follow the order through a link. If they have a Son Espace Santé account, their orders and addresses are found there.
Yes. Each item page can be indexed, with its price, availability, delivery and return policy in the format search engines expect.
