Online shop
The shop adds a Shop tab to your structure's public page. You sell items, services, session cards (Éduc) there, or put your donation appeal in the window (Shelter). Orders, stock and invoices are managed in the app.
The shop is included from the first paid plan of each app: 20 items on that tier, unlimited on higher plans. See Subscription.
Open the shop
- Tap Shop in the button bar, or open Settings > My shop.
- Fill in the Seller section: legal name, SIRET or RNA number, address, contact email and consumer mediator. This information is required by consumer law and appears on every order.
- Write your Terms and conditions of sale starting from the template provided, then choose at least one payment method and one delivery method.
- Tap Open my shop, read the Terms of use for sellers and accept them.
The Shop tab appears on your public page as soon as at least one item is published. You can pause or close the shop at any time from the same page: orders already placed still need to be handled.
Adding items
In Shop items, tap Add an item, then choose the type of item.
Item
Photos, description, price including VAT, and up to three options (size, colour…) with stock per variant. An alert warns you when the stock falls below the threshold you set.
Service
Grooming, bath, photo shoot, gift voucher: no delivery and no stock. Describe how it takes place. A service performed before the end of the withdrawal period follows a specific rule, shown on the item page.
Session card (Éduc)
Uses a card created in My services. Once paid, it is credited to the customer, then deducted at each session.
Donation (Shelter)
The donation is shown at the top of the shop, with suggested amounts and, if you wish, an animal to sponsor. It keeps its tax receipt (see Donations and tax receipts).
An item stays as a draft, visible only to you, until Published in the shop is ticked. Live animals, prescription medicines and prohibited products cannot be sold: an animal is transferred through a litter reservation or an adoption.
Payment and delivery
Card
Requires a connected payment account (see Online payment) and a plan that includes online payment. The money goes straight to your Stripe account.
Bank transfer
The buyer receives your IBAN and quotes the order number as the reference. You mark the order as paid when you receive it. Without payment within the deadline you set, it is cancelled and the stock released.
Payment on handover
Only offered with pickup on site or hand delivery.
In Delivery, add one or more methods: carrier at a flat rate or by weight bracket, pickup at your place, hand delivery, and free delivery above an amount.
Handling orders
- You are notified of each new order (or get one summary a day, depending on your Notifications settings).
- Open it in Orders. An order paid by card is already marked as paid; for a transfer or handover, tap Mark as paid.
- Prepare it with the Packing slip (PDF), then tap Mark as shipped and add the tracking link, or mark it ready for pickup.
The invoice is created automatically in your accounts on payment. The buyer follows the order through the link received by email, without creating an account. In selection mode, the order list lets you print several slips or update several orders at once, and export orders as CSV.
Returns and refunds
The buyer can request a return during the withdrawal period you display. The request appears in the Returns tab of the orders: accept or refuse it, then tap Items received when they arrive. The refund is then made by the same payment method, and a credit note is issued.
You can also refund all or part of an order from its page with Refund.
Stock
Manage the stock lists all variants with their available and reserved stock. Adjust a quantity, export the list as CSV, or import a CSV file: the app shows the changes first before applying them.
Fees
Any platform fee only applies to card payments, and never to donations, bank transfers or payments on handover. The fee for your shop is shown in My shop, Payment section, before any sale. It is deducted by Stripe at the time of payment, returned in proportion to any refund, and summarised on a monthly invoice recorded in your expenses. Stripe's fees apply separately.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't the Shop tab appear on my page?
The shop must be open and have at least one published item. Also check that your public page is active (see Public page).
Are my items listed on Google?
Yes. Each item page can be indexed, with its price, availability, delivery and return policy. A page with at least one photo and a description ranks better.
What happens if I change plans?
If the new plan does not include the shop, it is paused: nothing is deleted, and it reopens when you return to a plan that includes it.
