In an emergency
Calling your vet with one tap
In Son Espace Santé and in the Breeder app, the home screen offers the Call shortcut under the animal's photo: choose the clinic and the call starts. If you haven't saved a vet yet, the app offers to add one.
Tapping the animal's photo on the home screen also opens the Contact veterinarian entry, which shows the name, phone number and email of your clinics.
The chat area's assistant (Discussion entry in the list of discussions) also shows your vets at the top of its window, with their clickable number, and the message In case of emergency, contact your veterinarian immediately. See Discussions.
Finding a vet on the community map
Vet clinics are also a layer of the community map: handy when you are away from home to find the nearest clinic. See Community map.
In a professional organisation
The list of vets is shared by the whole organisation. A team member can view it if they have read rights on vets, and can add, edit or delete a clinic if they have write rights (see Members and permissions). Without these rights, the page shows Your access rights do not allow you to view the vet.
To pass an animal's file on to its vet, see Vet summary.
